Diane and her husband made us all extremely welcome. They provided the cyclists with water on arrival, safe storage for the bikes, and a very warm welcome. We had a delicious breakfast and it was all such amazing value. Thank you all so much for your support!

Great welcome Visiting Welshpool for a family wedding, we were so well looked after, with lots of advice and help such as sorting out a cab on a very busy day - they know everyone, clearly! It is a traditional pub, centre of local life. Lovely breakfast.

Had a great stay here for the weekend. Diane and her staff were so welcoming and couldn?t have been more helpful, even recommending a place to eat and phoning ahead to book us in! Lovely home cooked breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean and tidy and the pub is great with a quality dart board, pool table and juke box. Nice beer garden outside too! Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a weekend golf trip in the local area. Diane and her team made us feel very welcome and couldn?t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were very clean, breakfasts were freshly cooked and pub on site was great, short walk into town centre. No issues with noise from the pub, car park small but worked. Perfect for groups golfing, fishing, cycling locally. Already looking forward to staying at the Westwood Park for our trip next year.

Just had a fantastic weekend in this hotel. All 9 of us were on a biking trip from Ireland , we could not possibly have been made feel more welcome, appreciated and so well looked after. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfasts were fab. The owners and all staff were at all times, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We will be back .... can't wait !

6 of us on motorbikes went up to Welshpool from London. The Westwood Park Hotel was recommended to us by other bikers. We booked in advance and met Diane and Titch the owners on arrival. They made space for us to secure our bikes in the beer garden. The 3 twin rooms we had were very good with tea and coffee making facilities. The bar was brilliant with a very friendly locals. We stayed in the bar and later that night one of the barmaids order a take away for us and Diane provided plates etc for us. Breakfast 1st class full English/Welsh. Diane then took the time to show us on maps the best roads to ride, we had a great day followed by another good night. On the last day the Hotels football team had won the local cup we were invited to celebrate with them a fantastic day and evening, a very friendly hotel/pub and locals. Definitely will visit this little Gem in Welshpool again. Rooms Clean well maintained. Breakfast 5 stars. Owners Titch & Diane 5 stars.,

Nothing was too much trouble and a group of six of us were so well looked after. Spotlessly clean and a fantastic breakfast each morning. We were touring on motorbikes and all bikes were able to be put out of sight at the rear of the hotel. Will certainly be going back.
