Had a fabulous Sunday lunch, very generous portion sizes, with ten different vegetables. Good selection of desserts, something for everyone. Sunday lunch is served the first Sunday every month and is all cooked by the amazing landlady Jess. I recommend booking in advance, we booked in for next month when we paid as it was that good. We will be back soon to try the Indian food. Thanks Jess for a lovely afternoon and your wonderful hospitality xx

A lovely old pub. Staff were friendly. They have HPA on tap, which is nice. It just had a really nice feel to it. We've decided it'll be our local when we are at our holiday home. ??

A friend suggested that we try a curry @ The Oak.
It was fantastic. The food was fresh and beautifully cooked.

Had a lamb sagwala takeaway I must say I?m from the midlands curry land this curry was the bomb 10 out of 10 for flavour forgot to put my onion baghees in but no problem mistakes happen curry rice and naan bang on will be going back thanks Jess don?t forget my barghees next time ?

First time on a Wednesday for a curry , rice and a drink for 11.99. We were greeted by Jess and Tilly was our waitress. The food was spot on, fresh, piping hot, well presented and very tasty. Highly recommend and will definitely go again.

We ordered different food & all enjoyed our meals. The staff were attentive & pleasant. We were the only people in the Spice Lounge part of The Oak so the atmosphere was lacking but the bar seemed very lively as we passed through.

Fantastic pub, with a lovely atmosphere. The service is friendly and the food is great. I would recommend the chilli pizza and onion bhajis!Parking: No restrictions on parking, it can get busy!Kid-friendliness: Play area for the kids is fun. Keeps them occupied.
