Great workforce. Plenty of choice in building materials at competitive prices, but covid has unfortunately put timber pricing through the roof now, which means I now have to out source my materials elsewhere for bulk purchases. But the quality isn't as good. Welshpool branch needs a bigger yard though. Otherwise all good.
