First visit to this post office and was served by a young man. Also serving was a young lady with heavy liquid eyeliner who was very bossy and opinionated. They seemed to be ?discussing? a discrepancy with stamps and how they would be in trouble. The young man said that he?d moved them from the right pile and couldn?t understand where they had gone to which the young lady stated loudly and aggressively that there had been no piles and that the whole place was a mess. She stroppily stated very loudly she would be blaming the young man for the missing stamps to which he replied he would leave if that was the case. The young lady said the door was right there and she wouldn?t stop him. There were other customers in the shop. It was dreadful and I won?t be going back there.

At the back of a little shop. The doors are really hard to do with either a pushchair or a wheel chair. They are double doors and really heavy, one isn't wider enough for access. The floor is often covered with boxes, there are trolleys of rubbish in the isles and it's very hard to get around.The queue for the post office is usually very long and you have to wait for at least 20 minutes.It's dirty and dusty and there's rubbish on the floor. Apparently there is another one in Guilsfield which has better access.

If you advertise as being open 7 till 8, yet lights are off and nobody available to serve at 2pm Saturday, then you're not really open are you? Rubbish, and a wasted journey. The town needs better than this.

Not much point having a phone number if NOBODY ANSWERS..but when I went in the lady was very kind, I guess if you?re nice to people they might be nice back, eh?Phone is broken.

Incredibly rude service. Also misinformed me about what else is available locally. If you don't like people who aren't local then don't work in a shop.

I like this post office branch a lot. Sometimes I travel 25min to send my parcels from this location because of the service I receive.

Tried being jovial with Clerk today but obviously weather had got to her and felt like I should go elsewhere next time. Signs were puzzling as I ended up in wrong queue for post! Come on get things together and if you are struggling w the weather do not take it out on your customer

Slightly better now than it used to be: the Eastern European young lady who served me last week was courteous and that was a welcome change. I hope she stays!
