“I have started using this pharmacy recently due to a change in medication which is difficult to source. Being unsure if my medication is going to be in stock causes some anxiety for me, however, the staff within the pharmacy are nearly always able to get it for me on time. If they aren’t able to they are clear with their advice on what I can do and are always kind and professional in their approach. They are obviously a well oiled and knowledgeable team and treat their clients with respect. Well done to you all, you’re a credit to the pharmacy : - )”

“I can’t believe how harsh the reviews are of the pharmacy staff! This is a small branch with every member of the team working their socks off to keep up with the unrelenting demands put upon them. They have always been excellent when I’ve called in.I overheard the pharmacist taking the time to speak with a couple concerned about a health problem, asking questions to ascertain how he could help. - excellent service I was so impressed. So knowledgeable too.Kelly and Alice always with a ready smile making the best of things when customers are rude to them. If you have to wait in a queue here it’s because they do their job properly, they will give you the time you need when you’re at the front of the queue!If you can’t get your medication it’s because there’s a huge demand for it and it’s not been delivered but it’s never the staffs fault!This is a small local branch with great staff and covers all the basics you’d hope for from boots.”
