“One of the only petrol stations actively trying to not rip you off, I paid 149 (petrol) compared to 168 in Penryncoch. Makes a difference when filling the tank. The shop itself was like a proper food shop, filled with all sorts and non-food items. Only thing was the toilet wasn't signposted so I had to ask where it was, but no bother. I pass here on a route I take often so this is a must-go!”

“I don't have enough kind words for this place and for one of the cashiers that work there in the nights whose name I unfortunately can't remember. He was an absolute gem to talk to and when I came to pay for my £98.01 of fuel, I realised that I didn't have the 1p. I was in a bit of a panic about this and he calmed me down and even paid the whole £98.01 which was incredibly generous of him. It all came out of his own pocket. I fueled up in Welshpool for my long drive to Devon and once I got to Devon I decided to fill up again and he was there too! I was that excited to see him there that I tipped my car over and he quickly flipped it back over onto the wheels for me. I even told him I was on my way to Lanfur. He is a right gent, a proper toad in the hole kind of guy.”
