Absolutely amazing holidays and service every single time I?ve booked through Travellers world.For years I have used Travellers World as my ?go to? company for booking trips. This is broadly due to the reliable, competent and very friendly staff who are always willing to adapt around myself.If an issue has ever arisen (through the fault of the airline/ passport office etc) I have always managed to get advice and maximum level of support from the staff here after booking (which is beyond what they are expected to do). They have contacted airlines, provided advice regarding travel insurance and always seem to find exactly what I?m looking for.Support extends way beyond the booking of any trip. Every hotel/ experience I have booked through travellers world has been of such a high standard (Safari holiday to Kenya, city breaks, summer vacations, all with a range of boards).Thank you so much and I will continue to book through yourselves going forward:)

Always friendly and helpful. Even if you find a deal online, ask them to see if they can find a better deal, they often will. The online world maybe the new normal, but if you need to change something or have a question, it ain?t easy. TWB is where we?ve booked all our overseas trips for the last 6 years!

Don?t ask what they can recommend for a honeymoon - they ask what you think!! We never have travelled so needed advice. Nothing came and was terrible - was supposed to be exciting and if they had suggested a good thing and looked into it properly we would have booked there and then - instead we walked out and went to tui! They were great and helped us choose somewhere and found us an amazing deal! They really were helpful: we live in brynmawr and will never use this agent again! Terrible!
