Had a Sunday dinner delivered. All is can say is WOW. The roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and so fluffy in the middle, the potatoes were soft, yourchsire pudding was soft and fluffy. Even my picky eating children eat it all. Not one bad thing to say. Absolutely beautiful food. Thank you to the chef, delivery driver and all staff.

The hotel is tucked away in a residential area so although there?s facilities close by, they?re not tourist facilities.The rooms was spacious and very clean but may benefit from a desk of some description. If you?re a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you. Noise pollution was a an issue - could easily hear others conversations well into the night on both sides of the room. (and being over the main entrance).That said, the staff were great, really friendly and attentive. Cooked breakfast was very good.Parking is a little restrictive but there?s a much bigger car park just a stroll away.Great location for the region with easy access.

Great place, the staff is really friendly and very cordial, gives you good ideas for your restaurant outings.Walkability: This place offers you two free parking lots, one at the hotel and the other right next door!

Had a great week there. Great food, great staff.They have big ideas for the Inn, and I am sure they are going to work, will probably work too well, then it's going to be hard for me and my wife to book a room in the future and I don't like that idea because we will certainly be going back.billm.P.s. the chef is great at sorting out tv remotesRooms: Very clean and adequate thank you.Noteworthy details: Breaking was grand, and bacon and mushroom sandwich was delicious.

I was in Ebbw Vale for a funeral and the Level Inn welcomed me with open arms.All of the staff greeted me by name, everyone was friendly and very professional.The breakfast is fabulous, I could have spent an hour in there every morning!2 negatives, the first is the coffee, I live in Spain and am used to good, proper coffee, instant just doesn't cut the mustard, especially in the morning!The second is the heating, I found it too hot and had to have the window open, a thermostat on the radiator would be a great investment!Those 2 things didn't detract at all from the fabulous, friendly service at the hotel.Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a Brecon Beacons base.Thank you all so much!Rooms: Very comfortable if a little too warm for meWalkability: Close to the town and all local amenitiesFood & drinks: Fabulous breakfast

Stayed in the hotel for work and couldn?t fault it. Staff very friendly, polite and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was amazing with a omelette freshly cook. Highly recommend this place.

From the minute I arrived the lovely lady at reception Sue made me feel at home. She made sure that I was given some more sugar (As I have a sweet tooth) and milk.She then supplied more towels as water from the splash room was running into the room due to the slight slope.The room was very nice.Bed was comfortable.The breakfast which was included in the price was absolutely brilliant I had the smaller version as the larger size was just a bit too much.There were cereals and orange juice beforehand.All in all a fantastic stay so much so I've booked again for the night of Saturday 29th August after the Swansea City Vs Coventry City match.Thanks Sue and the staff xRooms: Very nice. Slight problem with the slope in the bathroom which allowed the water to run down into the room if you were not carefulNearby activities: Nothing much in the way of activities. Hotel situated in a residential areaSafety: I felt very safe Ebbw Vale is a quite South Wales townFood & drinks: Excellent breakfast, both continental and cooked.Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff and go out if there way to make you feel as welcome as possible. Nothing too much bother for them to help you out.

Booked the Level Inn for the weekend. Upon arrival, very warm welcome and was helped up to the room with our bags. Room clean, spacious and just everything we needed. Breakfast, variety and excellent fry up. Staff are absolutely amazing and that's what makes the hotel. They go above and beyond. Definitely staying again.

This is a clean and welcoming hotel. Staff are very accommodating and very pleasant. Parking at the hotel is limited, but there is a free car park 50 meters away, so not an issue. Kids playing just outside are a bit noisy but aren't all kids. Staff are happy for you to get a takeaway delivered and there are plenty of places close by to get food. If I had a slight issue that would be with the finish to the rooms, some bits and bobs of decor are quite amateur finished. IE. Silicone around bathroom, painting and general decor. The shower tray feels very flimsy like bendy when you step in the shower, would be better with a stone/resin tray. I would be a bit happier if there was a work desk rather than a little shelf to work on (see pic). I suppose the big question is would I stay here again......YES.

For the price by far the best value stay in the area.Place is clean. My single bedroom had everything I needed. Staff lovely special mention for Sue hope the owners appreciates her. Breakfast hot and was lovely.If I am in the area again I will stay again.
