My little girl is 6 and she has been asking to have her ears pierced for ages so today we took her and the lady was amazing with herShe put her completely at ease and explained everything as she was doing it she also gave her certificate when she was done. we couldn't have asked for better service would higky ?recommend to

Brilliant service. Popped In with my little girl to have her ears pierced after a not so nice experience with a nearby business. The manager was lovely and calm, allowing my daughter to pick her own earrings, explained the full process to her and joked along the way. Couldn't ask for a better experience for my girl :)

Couldn't replace the back of my Raymond Weil wrist watch,so popped it into the shop in Ebbw Vale where I was told it may have to be sent away because of the domed glass on the face which would require a special type of press to refit it. I also pointed out that the small cap on the pin that secures the strap was missing,the lady that served me wasn't sure of the final cost but could be between £3 and £25 depending wether it could be done.I was pleasantly surprised to have the watch returned fully repaired free of chargeThanks Gus Jones

Went in with my grandads watch asked for links taken out and a battery swap. After the battery swap im told oh it won't be water proof anymore which is ridiculous because it was a diving watch but I simply believe it was down to laziness the customer service dont get me wrong was lovely but no point in talking nice when you can't provide services and 9 quid for a battery swap is ridiculous but none the less wont be returning.
