Can?t get passed receptionist to see doctor, she always refers to hospital. If it was serious enough to go to hospital patients would go.So you go to hospital and they ask why you didn?t just go to your doctor? no wonder hospitals are overwhelmed

Some of the receptionists here, older ones, need to adjust their attitude and professionalism. When you mention a patient's condition loudly and quite dismissively and other patients are in the area, you need to look at how you've just broken client confidentiality. Then to make a person who is already delicate feel like they shouldn't be there is even worse. Some patients struggle to attend a surgery at the best of times, so when they attend and are greeted by this attitude it's not going to help them. Also comes to something when another nurse has to become involved due to the unprofessional receptionist and book the patient in an appointment. It's the few poor staff that ruin the reputation for the majority. Feedback has been provided. I am appalled someone, clearly struggling, was made to feel this way.

Wonderful reception and surgery staff.I was very grateful that my granny was taken very seriously and my grampa the week before.Even though my granny is soft spoken and never overly complains.Dropping off a sample for the doctors was easy.The kind receptionists made sure to pass on a message to the doctor and got a call to us, again very quickly. Truly kind and much appreciated without the fast action, for both grandparents, I feel they would have suffered. Very efficiently run ship.My grampa, had the kind doctors house calling and without their care, he might have been in a worse situation than happily back from hospital with my granny.

Not the best experience with this gp on multiple occasions. Ive Been reluctant to write this review but years ago I was was told by a doctor I was a ?selfish little girl? when I had bad anxiety and depression as a young teen. That?s just one occasion and Now I?ve Been waiting well over a year if not two years for a diagnosis which I was Misdiagnosed by doctors by saying I?ve ?just had a sprain and nothing to worry about? which resulted in a ligament Tare and arthritis. Gp system is very busy and being told to call back at 8am. Not been offered any help other than referrals for X-ray and mri. No help for pain management other than ?wear a brace?. I get GP?S are very busy lately but looking at other reviews it?s not just me who feels let down by some of the doctors.

Needed to speak to a g.p today regarding post operative spinal surgery pain control. I was told the next available telephone consultation was the june 30th .or too phone the surgery in the morning .I find this very unacceptable. The receptionist need to speak to the doctors when dealing with patients that have had recent surgery.
