Went to the Hall Inn for lunch on a Friday while on a stopover weekend on our way back from holiday. Our two course lunch was 17,50 and perfect value for money with generous portion sizes. The landlord and his team were super friendly so we decided to return the next day. When we arrived on Saturday evening, the pub was completely packed. We were very lucky to have booked a table beforehand!
Both service and food that night were impeccable again. We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere in the lively bar and the delicious food. The Hall Inn is a real gem of a pub!

Fantastic Sunday roast with superb meats - easily one of the best in the area and great value at just £15.
Veggie option: Glamorgan sausages were very nice with all the roast trimmings.
Proper coffee too and a special shout out for the ultimate brownie sundae!
Lovely old building with cask ales and relaxing beer garden at back.

Just returned from a group lunch of twelve, and it didn't disappoint! Everything was great, from food, service, friendliness, large menu choice, and prices. So good we intend to return for an after Xmas get-together later on.

We popped in on a Tuesday evening for a quiet meal. The pub was fully booked with a lovely atmosphere. You would have thought it was a Saturday. The staff were very attentive and friendly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The food was absolutely exceptional, cooked to perfection. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food and I can?t wait to return again soon!

We popped whilst on a walk and was really impressed with the team, who were so welcoming, chatty and ready to have a laugh!!! We ordered sandwiches and chips ? the chips were especially amazing!!! Lovely setting , lovely pub great people !!

My girlfriend and I had a meal here tonight and everything was beautiful! Deep fried brie, fried black pudding, steaks (cooked to perfection) and everything was lovely! Will definitely be back!

Love this place ?? great food, friendly personal service. It never fails to deliver an excellent meal at a good price. With good beer, it's lovely to see it being a meeting place for locals to enjoy ? it's not just another gastro pub
