I turned up here unannounced as an Emergency referral from the doctors. Despite a busy schedule of appointments the optician fitted me in for an examination. I received a very thorough examination and was never rushed or pressured to 'hurry up'. Overall a very professional visit with staff who were friendly and welcoming and went that extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend their services.
