Twice I?ve tried to get work done at this garage; both times I was given some lame excuse as to why they couldn?t do the work. This last time theu tried to claim they don?t know how to work on automatic transmission gearbox or to diagnose any problems with them. If they?re a VAT registered garage, which they are, then by law they are required to be able to work on and repair any vehicle. The family may be nuce enough but doesn?t excuse the poor excuse and service i received; or in this case, didn?t.Service: Transmission

Had slow puncture fixed, I was so pleased with the overall service and the staff were so obliging that if there is anything else I need done to the motor this will be my future destination including the M.O.T. in September. Thanks all especially Gaz.

This garage is amazing, from the lady who answered the phone to me and said she would try help with the issue I had in needing my car ASAP she was brilliant, to the guy who sorted my car so it would pass its mot, and to top it off it was cheaper than first estimated... I have used Valley for 3 years and would not go anywhere else... a proper company who really do care about their customers. Five stars all day long. Thank you for what you did for me.
