Ordered online and upon collection the restaurant is closed, I?ve attempted to call and no answer, reached out via social media for a refund and I was ignored. There still advertising on Facebook as open as well?

Ordered 7.10pm Saturday 26th October for delivery at 8.15pm..cost £21.14p...they took my money out of my account but NO FOOD DELIVERED..have emailed them as no answer on phone but still waiting for reply and more important a refund...if don't hear today will be calling in to the shop...and they won't like what they hear..ordered a couple wks ago and that was 2 hrs late nd cold..should av learnt my lesson but gave them another chance...then this...absolutely disgusting service

Very poor services are provided. I order food from last sunday(14.07.2024) their website for delivery. They debited £27.47 from my account for the order as well. After passing delivery time, when I contacted the shop, they said your order was canceled due to the distance, but they didn't inform me until I called them. My money also wasn't refunded until I typed my review on July 16, 2024.

Food finally arrived 2 hours after ordered, when questioning the order the person who answered the phone was really rude to me. Requested a refund and they said no I had to go through just eat (what I have done). Wouldn't ever order here again. Poor customer service, poor delivery, poor food.

Had a very tasty meal of several curries. Absolutely delicious. Prompt & friendly delivery, despite me living quite some way from the restaurant. Generous portions & nicer than most of the local curry houses I've tried over the past 20 years living in the area.
