Ordered online and upon collection the restaurant is closed, I’ve attempted to call and no answer, reached out via social media for a refund and I was ignored. There still advertising on Facebook as open as well…

Ordered 7.10pm Saturday 26th October for delivery at 8.15pm..cost £21.14p...they took my money out of my account but NO FOOD DELIVERED..have emailed them as no answer on phone but still waiting for reply and more important a refund...if don't hear today will be calling in to the shop...and they won't like what they hear..ordered...

Very poor services are provided. I order food from last sunday(14.07.2024) their website for delivery. They debited £27.47 from my account for the order as well. After passing delivery time, when I contacted the shop, they said your order was canceled due to the distance, but they didn't inform me until I called them....
