The girl who served me today has such a bad attitude. Shes not been there long I think she's pretty new. She's Very rude. Its not the fist time but itll now be the last. I'll definitely avoid when she's there again!

Shop closes at 8pm - if you are coming in between 7pm and then I wouldnt bother as the staff seem to go on a break in that time and always have attitude when serving after they get called in. Sometimes been told that they can't serve because they are closed even though it was well before close time! Management need to review there staff and give them customer service courses.

Really bad today. Management need to realise that one person serving isn't enough for a busy lunch time. Staff member was run ragged.I waited very patiently for half hour during my lunch break. Finally got to the front of the queue to be swamped by school kids who had placed an order online. 6 or 7 of them in all. Staff member then informed me I'd have to wait to be served as she had to fulfil their orders first.So I left.More staff needed. It's a farce. Won't be returning as this isn't the first time it's happened.

Woman chucked the salad in bowl When asked you heat meat they put it in the oven when I went to eat it it was freezing asked for more sauce hardly got any. Felt like she couldn't be bothered still better than abersare subway though who argure with you and refuse to heat meat and treat you with contempt!!

Called in one day in the week and the girl serving looked so deflated because she was all on her own and there was about 9 of us in the queue just as the school kids started coming in.She kept apologising about the wait when it clearly wasn't her fault.

I asked for tiger and they gave me seeded bread like are you blind do you have catarax can you not tell the difference between tiger bread and seeded bread I?m pretty sure I saw them spit in my bread its honestly disgusting
