Worst Greggs in wales! Rude staff, Cold pasties, long waiting times, no heater so never any wedges or chicken bites and a really slow cooker for hot sandwiches. Would NOT recommend. Wouldn?t?ve thought you would be able to get a Greggs this bad.

Lovely trip to Treorchy catch up with family haven't been here in a while. The greggs was lovely and clean polite staff , I think Ruth served me , she was friendly and polite , all staff should be nice like Ruth. The lattes were hot and sausage rolls fresh.

Went in around 3pm and picked up some sausage rolls and steak/chicken bakes, everything was...luke warm at best but mostly just cold. Even after being under the heat lamp. The drinks fridge doors don't actually close so the drinks are barely colder than room temp too. Nice enough staff and quick service but wouldn't stop at again.

Rated 2 star for atmosphere as it's mainly a takeaway.Dietary restrictions: Having Coeliac disease means there is a quite limited selection of food available that I am able to eat.
