Put on a 2 month supply of my prescrìption instead of every 1 mth.although it's a repeat scrip it's never at my pharmacy on time..I ran out of tablets this weekend.

This is the worst practice in the Valleys!!! Never able to get an appointment on the day or in advance. Constant battle with the doctors to get referrals or medication. Doctors always think they know better than the patients about what is going on with their own bodies. Doctors give diagnosis without any investigation or tests (must be psychic). Receptionists give you the run around when trying to speak to anyone.

Dangerious negligent and a complete waste. Have not seen a doctor in nearly two years never contacted me in 18 months for tablet review.Three appiontments made three by me only to be told wrong days ended up at hospital to get bloods taken as im diabetic. Still nothing trust this you will end up being seriously ill if you sign with these only good reviews are from family members or friends trying to keep peoples jobs.The village idiots have been given the keys to the medicine cabinet.

Nice people and decent surgery but somehow they have managed to make SO many mistakes with getting holiday scripts. In the past they have issued holiday scripts for the UK when I have clearly said I would be abroad.Now the most recent time - today I am due to travel to London Heathrow and NEEDED my meds this morning. Instead yesterday I had to go there physically twice with my pharmacy scripts, running around doing things that should have been done by them. I submitted my request in the time frame they say is best and yesterday I was told my medication would be at the pharmacy at half 9. At half 9 I go this morning and my meds aren't there - so now I have the stress of worrying about them and having to delay important business I must attend to in Pontypridd before going onwards to Heathrow.Good bloody job my flight is in the early hours of tomorrow because I would be totally screwed - again- otherwise.Poor show, inept.The doctors, nurses and staff are lovely but there has literally been a major issue with every holiday script (over 5) in the past year that required me to be running around in the days before departure- giving me severe additional stress as without my meds, there is no holiday for me. I could not do anything.Last year because they messed up my meds, I was trapped in a hotel room for 6 days at the end of my trip in absolute agony. When I called about it the response really was "we don't give a s***".

I phoned up today and saw a Doctor. Both the Doctor and Receptionist were lovely . I do have to wait about 3 weeks for a Blood test,but apparently they are short staffed,as is the same most places. I have no complaints so far inthe 10 months I have been with this Practise.

Totally hopeless trying to get an appointment to see a doctor. Even when the doctors tell you that they personally phone you to book an appointment to review your results of your blood test, they dont phone you.I have had loads of bad issues with this practise. Dont bother joining them.

Put a repeat prescription in on the 14th of November 22 goes to collect because it still hasn't been delivered only to be told the prescription wasn't requested. To be told to call back in a hour but I called back in 2 and half hours later to be told prescription was still not ready. 5 days I've been without my medication. This surgery is a absolute joke.

Two weeks ago I was told (by the manager) I had a telephone consultation at 3.20pm today. I got home from work early to be ready for the phone call. Doctor called 40mins earlier than planned, I missed the call by 1minute, I called back straight away for the receptionist to say we don't give out times for phone consultations? And that the doctor may or may not call me back?No advise on what to do next... Not helpful at all.

Very rarely go to see the doctor, but after having 2 serious water infections in less than a month, I thought I should. Tried at 08:02 only to have automated service saying they are busy, try again later. Tried again straight away and got in a queue. I was number 45 in the queue. After a 44 minute wait I finally managed to speak to a receptionist. I was told there was nothing available and if it was urgent I should call up again at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm and was told there was nothing available. Explained that they had told me to call up today at 1 and she wasn't interested. However the girl in front of me got an appointment and the girl 2 behind got appointment. She has no idea how ill I am and didn't even bother to check my name or ask fundemental questions about my symptoms. Rude, unprofessional and inept are some of the politer words I can think of to describe this so called medical centre.
