Very poor customer service. I recently took in a script from the adjacent surgery, and they were unable to fill the most important item. They promised to provide this item quickly and would text me. Five days later, not having heard from them, I called. After being left on hold for a long time, I was told they didn?t know when I could get the item. I told them to cancel it and that I would go to another pharmacy. I did so and met other customers there who had even worse complaints about Well Pharmacy. This new pharmacy in Nelson obtained the prescribed item I vitally needed overnight. This Well Pharmacy is capitalising on its location right next to an excellent large surgery and not bothering to provide an adequate service, and in my view this is socially and medically irresponsible.

This so called chemist gives a terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes to get to the front of the queue. Then another wait as prescription wasn't ready, as told over phone on the morning it would be. This is not the only thing wrong was given wrong amount of a prescription and other times loads missing.. The people Infront of me were told there prescriptions were not there. They had to go to Dr to get another one. Another Man was told prescription not there. He said it was as he put it in the here himself earlier. The cleaning standards are awful cobwebs chewing gum been there for ages. I complained to staff and was told they had not had a break today been doing busy. There were 15 people in the queue before me. I phoned head office and a recording told me that there was 60 minute wait for my call to be answered. This company needs to get more people in pharmacy to prevent such along wait. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone or the well company.

I use this pharmacy for work. Its dreadful!! Queues out the door, empty shelves that are a mess and to top it off, they never have all of the medication that's been prescribed. I've experienced this personally and watched their other customers go through the same experience. Its just shoddy!!

After overhearing a young lady express her concerns about the pharmacy misplacing her medication for a third time, . Its was worrying. After the woman left the assistants laughed and giggled to themselves. This is a poor example of the service Well pharmacy should be giving. Professional staff needed

This pharmacist is actual shambles. Nobody comes to the counters and they can see when a long line is made, but make no effort to try and help.Prescriptions are always said to be done one day, but are they? Having to wait more than 2 weeks for it. They may tell you to come the next day to collect it only for them to say ?we haven?t made it up?It was better service when the old chemist was there. But, no. They had to ruin everything. Some people who desperately need their prescriptions are unable to get them because of this service.Some of the employees are seen behind the counters doing nothing but chatting to each other.It also doesn?t help that nobody cleans. Cobwebs can be seen from above and the floors are just a mess.Amazing, wow.

Always a queue of about seven people which doesn't sound like much until you realise that nobody works on the front counter. No customer service whatsoever, never answer the phone. If there are more than three people in the queue then you will likley have a 30 minute plus wait just to get to speak to someone. Only use this pharmacy if you are truly desperate or like hanging around a pharmacy all day.

I had the misfortune of booking my flu jab at this shambles of a place, booked the afternoon off work and when arrived there was a huge amount of people complaining that they have been waiting in the shop for a hour just for a prescription, when told the staff I had paid and booked a flu jab they said there's no one here to do it today and asked them why i wasn't contacted they just shrugged their shoulders and even told me that I couldn't have my refund today lol, the staff at this chemist are working hard but massively under staffed

Waited in a queue for 15 minutes to buy some medication, not particularly busy, just seems like they have a bad system and staff were doing their best.In this time 2 people came in complaining of errors with prescriptions, which is concerning!

why dont they ever answer the phone been calling for days now .since new people taken over ,always missing important life saving medication, missing every week and when i phone theres one lady whos very rude to customers always telling me its the surgerys fault and its clearly not ,had to be said ,its so annoying !!!
