Quick update popped in 19/7/2025 chicken tika curry lovely plenty of chicken nice fluffy rice soft nan my partner had lasagne she loved it one of go to places to eat staff always friendly Popped in today for food. First time visiting the Holly bush nice, friendly welcome.on arrival. I had the Holly bush burger sausage pulled pork in barbecue sauce cheese with chips and a side salad burger. was good quality nice sausage and pulled pork was nice plenty of barbecue sauce well presented and hot My partner had chicken tika curry rice and chips said her curry was nice good portions on both meals enjoyed will be going back price for the quality of food is good

Cannot recommend the Hollybush Nelson enough! The team cannot do enough for you they made my son's 13th birthday really special. Food is amazing staff cannot do enough for you. Literally the perfect village pub

We had mains and dessert. The place was busy and full of atmosphere. The menu was vast and varied. The food was plentiful and delicious, the homemade cheesecakes had lots of flavours and was beautiful and tasty. We will definitely return ?

Absolutely love the food here, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, never made to feel unwelcome. Lovely atmosphere and bloody great food, I really don't have a bad word to say about this place. But please book just in case as it gets busy. Good Gluten Free & Vegan menu too.
