This shop failed miserably to deliver a basic custom piece of jewellery. They measured incorrectly (despite us being present), delivered a non-functional anklet, and now want to charge again to correct it. This is not only poor customer service ? it?s a breach of basic consumer rights. They clearly have no interest in making things right. Never again.

Rhiannon Jewellery is amazing. My husband had my engagement ring made here following his design. It turned out to be the most beautiful ring with very beautiful emerald green gemstone. I am getting lots of compliments about this ring. We had also our wedding rings made here and we are so so so happy that we had them made here in beautiful Tregaron by very skilled jewellers using stunning welsh gold. Thank you Rhiannon for these beautiful rings.

A wonderful shop across from our hotel during a recent tour of Wales. We found some great souvenirs to remind us of our trip. Very helpful staff. One customer immediately identified us as Canadian due to our "accents".

My wife and I choose the Princess rings for our wedding bands. I could not have been more impressed with their work. The rings are magnificent and so special to us because they were custom made for us. Everyone that sees my ring comments on the beauty and unusual design.In addition, my wife purchased this wonderful spiral ring for me. I could not be happier.I'll be using these jewelers for future gifts for my Mrs. Thank you Gwern especially sweet and helpful attention to our order. Rings arrived in time for our ceremony, the Welsh gold shines brightly.
