I bought 3 Lady in Red Fuscias at The Malvern Flower show and all 3 have died. I have emailed the nursery, and they haven?t even acknowledged my email let alone discuss the issue or offer a replacement. This is very poor service.

I have just received my first plants. Delivered quickly, brilliantly packaged and super plants. I was anxious to receive a new fuschia bearing my late husband's name. Roualeyn were patient with my phone calls and, as promised, notified me when the plants were ready. Excellent customer service. Thankyou.

Just received my first order from Roualeyn Nursery . Lovely, healthy looking plants and at an affordable price if replacements are required as 'Hardy' sometimes means something totally different at 1000ft above sea level in Mid Wales!I would use them again

Buyer Beware!I bought fuchsias from this company at a plant fair on 9th April and put the plants in the greenhouse overnight. It was unexpectedly cold with the record showing an outside low of -1C and the plants died. Since they were all labelled as "hardy" and since both RHS and the Hardy Plant Society define hardiness as being able to withstand temperatures down to -5C, I asked that the plants be replaced. The reply I received admitted that the plants had been grown in a heated environment and were therefore NOT hardy; insinuating that I should have known that. Neither replacements nor a refund have been offered.

Fabulous fuchsias dispatched quickly, safely packaged and received. Roualeyn deserves its 'Master Grower' accolade from the RHS. I wouldn't buy fuchsias from anyone else.
