This was our second stay in this beautiful cottage. As keen runners in makes the perfect base for our adventures with amazing runs right on your doorstep up to Llyn Crafnant and Geirionydd and also over the river into Llanrwst. This is such a lovely base to explore this area whatever you are planning. The cottage is immaculate and very well maintained and we would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

A wonderful Xmas week away! It was wet and windy but the cottage was just lovely for us and the log fire meant we could do our dog walks and then dry and warm up when home! It was home from home and all things have been thought of to make it a easy and relaxing stay.

I stayed at the cottage at the end of October with 2 teenagers and a cockapoo. I originally found the cottage on a Facebook group and I am so glad I did. The accommodation was simply stunning with 3 large bedrooms, a large lounge and and a well equipped kitchen diner. It is dog friendly and spotlessly clean with amazing views over Trefiw. There are a couple of lovely pubs in the village but we decided to grab some bits from the Co-op about 15 mins away and eat in. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout. Overall a fantastic short stay with every intention of returning!

Sleeps up to 6 very comfortably between two bathrooms (although we only stayed as a four with our dog). Lovely views and very well presented cottage. The hosts had also include some small thoughtful things for our stay which made a big difference. The large kitchen diner area had everything we would need. When the weather was not so good outside, The wood burner made our evenings, extremely cosy. Definitely recommend if you are a family and 100% recommend if you also have dogsThe area is very quiet and picturesque, although all of the attractions are within half an hour away, Zipworld Forest is only nine minutes away

Lovely house in a beautiful area, perfect when we visited with family of 5. Shops not too far and all the major attractions within reach. The hosts were very responsive. All in all ?

The cottage is beautifully kept, well equipped and very homely. Rachael and Michael provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy both the cottage and the surrounding area - which is stunning. We left with some happy and hopefully abiding memories made.

We spent a lovely week here, spacious cottage with a really good kitchen and two bathrooms. The terrace gives a lovely valley view and it was close to lots of places as well as having fab local walks. The butcher in the village is a fantastic general store. Well worth a visit

The Old Rectory is a spacious cottage with great access to the local (dog friendly) pub and butchers as well being a short distance from the beautiful Lynn Crafnant (lake) for walks around and up an over the pass. Great access to all the local tourist spots as well by car but there's about a 50 minute walk to Llanrwst along the river which was great. The cottage is dog friendly but I have to say it is one of the cleanest places we've stayed and we've been twice now. The Wifi is good and there's two televisions. The ground floor bedroom leads directly onto the patio/decking and into the garden and so great for breakfast outside and if you have dogs with you. On arrival, there were several treats waiting for us which were enjoyed by all. I thoroughly recommend this cottage, though don't all rush there otherwise I wont be able to get booked in next time!

This is a very high quality and spacious property with fabulous views in a fantastic location, it has easy access to Betwys, Conwy, Llandudno, snowden as well as fantastic walks from the front door and local pubs. You just need to be aware there is a lovely hill up to the property but this is the norm in north Wales. If you like adventure, surf adventure and zip world are superb for adrenaline junkies. The hosts Rachael and Mike are great communicators and will do whatever they can to make your holiday special. The little messages of welcome and treats are a lovely touch, thanks for a great holiday, we?ll be booking again soon.
