Despite calling and asking for delivery around 6.30pm (as we weren't home) after placing order online at 5.15pm......it arrived at 6.10pm, we had only just walked in the door.
Food was cold needed to reheat in microwave, poppadoms were stale........and chicken tandoori looked undercooked....lamb pieces in biryani were full of sinew.....
First time of ordering as new to the area.
Called to give feedback and despite offering free dishes on next order, no offer of any sort of refund. Won't order from Taj Mahal again....

Takeaway arrived early despite asking it to be a certain time over the phone. Arrived cold. Chicken undercooked, salad stale. Poppadoms stale. Awful. First takeaway and will not be returning.

sayeed was very nice to me, let me choose from a variety of authentic options and even let me customise my choice. I got the Bhuna curry, mixed tandoori grill coconut rice and the special naan bread. perfect, definitely recommend the special naan the tandoori mix and the coconut rice was stellar! of course the bhajis were amazing too

Doesn?t look much from the outside but we?ve getting curry from here for 20+ years and never had a bad meal, while other ?flashier? looking places have left us wishing we had ordered from here instead.

The food was very good, and good quantity too. Big chuncks of chicken in my curry. The guys working there were friendly/chatty.
On first look, the reception/waiting area could do with a lick of paint, but that doesn't make the food any better or worse. Will definitely be going there again!

It's hard to rate food that never arrived. No phone call to say it would be late or that it wasn't coming. Phoned around the 2 hour mark and we were told it would be here in 20 minutes. Needless to say it never arrived.

We always order from here but tonight we received our order, chips were non edible ( like they were warmed up from yesterday), onion bajis were over cooked and poppadoms were soggy. Food was not as hot as normal
