Expensive shop. £10 minimum spend. The only place I?ve ever been that?s more expensive than cinema! (Tango ice blast) better off going to one stop if you want one. Only ever buy priced marked things in here and make sure you have cash

The place does knock off Tango ice blasts for a 6 pound each and the service is terrible. All in all ... possibly worst shop this side of the bridge. The end.

Refused service to myself and pregnant partner for not wearing masks. Explained to the woman that we are both medically exempt. Still refused. Informed her that it's illegal and she can get sued for discrimination. She refused. So I asked for her name. And she said she wouldn't tell me. Well I am absolutely fuming and will be looking into legal action for discrimination.OWNERS TAKE NOTE - NOT THE FIRST REVIEW LIKE THIS! CHECK THE LAW!

Very bad customer service. Refused entry without mask even though provided full proof. Wish I reported them for not keeping to the rules during the start of pandemic. Very bad service and shop should be closed down for discrimination

My dad went to this shop today, he is an elderly gentleman of 85 and was refused entry because he wasn't wearing a mask due to him having health conditions, he also had an exempt card and a lanyard but still wasn't allowed, this caused embarrassment to him which I don't think is acceptable, the government states that exempt people do not have to wear a mask.

Always buy slush puppies from this shop 3/4 a week through the summer due to the large selection of flavours on offer without any issues but Bought 3 large slush puppies from here today and due to not being able to carry all three I give one to my 4 year old daughter to carry back to the car. However due to the new cheap cups that the football lids dont actually clip on like all other slush puppies cups shes dropped it on the floor and was just stood there crying holding the lid. To which the woman behind the counter replied I'm not refilling that. Now I dont want nothing for free but we had already paid £10.50 for the original slushes and her attitude was completely unacceptable it's not as if my daughter has tipped it out on purpose. As mentioned above we go here 3/4 times a week or on the above prices £30/£40 a week however after the customer service I received today I think I will be taking my business else where from now on.
