Fed up of ordering at the drive through to be told to park up when I've only ordered a double cheeseburger and a happy meal. Very hit and miss mostly miss. Cold burger and I wish they'd leave the fries in until they are cooked. Don't bother asking for milkshake pretty much always unavailable. When it's done right I love McDonald's and they used to be consistently good but now it's the opposite and worse since they do deliveries which take priority I think.

Waiting time if you go in to eat is terrible always have to wait 10 to 15 minets to give a order they seem to egnor customers in side I have been there more than ones and have to leave as I would be late for work nobody is willing to take a order inside only want car customers. Have not got a app and just want to use cash.

A huge disappointment for us. The food was cold when it eventually arrived. Drive through queues are too long, and when you finally get to the window, you're told to park up and wait. It's a great idea if there are any spaces. All in all, it is a dreadful experience that unfortunately seems to be the norm for this restaurant.

Genuinely one of the most badly run, slow fast food places I've ever been to, how is it that I can somehow wait 20+ minutes for a mcmuffin and it still comes out ice cold? Just get rid of the Ubereats stuff, staff are clearly overworked, I genuinely feel sorry for them. I would give this place a zero if I could. This place costs too much, has too few staff, and the quality is abysmal, fast food used to be something cheap you could grab on the way home and now for a filling meal you're looking at £8 minimum.

0* RATING ALL OVER. Absolute disgrace of an environment, no slander to McDonald?s as a FRANCHISE but this place/location and staff members are awful. Never can get an order right no matter how simple. No sauces, ever. And I?ve paid multiple times here to always be let down to the point where loose appetite. Also NO ONE on customer service phones, if you?re lucky to get an answer, you?d be met by a childish screech of a scream by a staff member to be hung up on. Never again. ??
