Just when I thought McDonald?s was the worst shop in the town along comes Greggs. Part order arrives cold with no sauce. Called Greggs to ask where the rest of the order was they told me to come and collect it. What?s the point of delivery if I have to collect it because of their mistake. Refused to send the remaining order. Would literally give this Greggs 0 score if I could.

Poor, poor and poor for all three of the above. 50 % of one piece of bacon, the other half had dropped off, it was also cold. I asked for brown sauce and was given enough to make a full stop on a page.
My cup of hot chocolate was coloured water and hardly tasted like chocolate.
Won't bother again at the Tonypandy Greggs.

It's not often I give '5 Stars' but my recent experiences here at the Tonypandy store have led me to. My dog 'Peaches' and I make Greggs here in Tonypandy our walk destination, where upon I'll get a cappuccino & Peaches has a sausage roll! She even knows the word 'Greggs' and definitely understands "sausage roll"! The other week I had tied her up outside, but was anxious because she was so close to the road and you can never trust retractable leads 100% The Assistant Manager could see me checking her every 5 seconds and told me to go to her and she'd come out to me! WOW, HOW NICE & how thoughtful. They even provided a bowl of water for her. Yesterday when we went, the young man who works there, took my order and came out to me with it, even took my phone so I could get our free sausage roll with the app. Wonderful service, so refreshing to meet staff in a shop prepared to 'go the extra mile'. Thank you so much from both of us!

In fairness, the food is always great from here. However, the service from here is very poor as we ordered food via the app which were: pasties, a coffee, a breakfast roll and some donuts. When it was delivered we only received the pasties and non of the rest. In total we had spent £26.98 and lost an amount of £15 in total. We then rang and explained but were told they would ?try? and get our order to us. So they failed to give the driver the correct order and gave no effective service to make sure we had our order. Overall, poor services but lovely food.
