so this store ?pillow talk LTD?apparently got closed down. and now they have they re- opened as ?WOW sofa and beds porth?the customer service and care is absolutely disgusting !i called into the shop, picked a sofa i wanted and i payed a lot of money in one payment for it.i got told it would be delivered friday the 10th,and it didn?t, so then i got promised it would defiantly be here saturday, i was waiting around all day, i phoned up and no body new anything about it! so it didn?t get delivered saturday either!after about 100 phone calls to the shop and messages sent via facebook ( which was getting ignored ) i still wasn?t getting anywhere!finally spoke with someone today (monday) and again promised it will be here today! shop shuts at 5:30.. and i?m here now still waiting for my sofa! tried messaging them again and i got nothing but attitude !!!! ( cracking customer service! NOT!!!!! )6:30 came and my sofa arrived! i like it the look of it..but weather it?s going to last long is two different stories ! quality of it just isn?t worth the money!what an absolute joke of a business!STAY WELL AWAY GUYS! they cause you nothing but worry and stress.

Stay well clear of this store!! Their furniture may look nice but absolutely disgusting! Bought a settee springs went within a month material was breaking off when I phoned them they was very abusive swearing at me down phone. Had to take them to trading standards. STAY WELL CLEAR! Save a little more money an go else where....They cant sell furniture so they have opened a credit account in store...

Absolutely terrible shop the customer service is appalling and the way the staff partically 1 of them the way he spoke to an ill elderly gentleman and offered me out the back threatening to hit me and offering a fight he's an absolute clown

Would never use this company, I paid 699 for a corner sofa that is not worth 100, the cushions do not fit, the seat area slides off, I had to attach clips myself to hold the corner together, material ripping on corners. Don't use this company if u want value for money worse thing I ever did. I used the caerphilly store never again I also tell everyone that I know that's looking for furniture not to use this money grabbing, poor quality firm.

Great attitude on all staffRecieved the suite when said.only problem was they were supposed to have given us 3 days notice when they were gonna deliver.but rung same day they delivered it.lovely guys delivered it.rung shop two days after to have legs on suite changed to smaller ones.which was my fault.i wanted longer feet because of mobility problems.the guy in shop from porth was very helpful. He gave us the smaller feet free.and also other advice to take metal things out to put the feet on.Great service from everyone.i would definitely go there again

The Address is currently 43 and not 53 Hannah Street Porth. We were told 3 weeks for delivery but waited nearly 2 months. The man who delivered literally yanked the suite from his van which was too small, causing wooden splinters and Skaggs to the fabric. Then the suite didn't match up the "L" part couldn't be connected because of the badly made cushions. We had to take back the cushions to the shop ourselves as the shop owner couldn't say exactly when he was able to do it. bizarrely to shorten the cushions he put more filling in it!! Whilst that puffed it out it distorted the shape of the cushion so it was no longer symmetrical. So because of the badly fitted cushions - the skaggs the lack of labels required by law for fire safety we returned to the store late on Thursday evening about 24 hours after delivery.We wanted to reject the goods as they did not conform to the Sale of Goods Act, they were not satisfactory and were not as agreed as some of the smaller cushions ought to have had different fabric - which we specifically asked for. Our attendance was as of a result of calling the shop earlier in the day and the younger shop assistant putting the phone down on us in mid conversation.The manager did not want to speak to us at all at first but did speak to us from the assistant's phone from upstairs in the building. After about 15 mins he did come down stairs and was quite hostile, short slight build man wearing a Dai cap and glasses. His tone got increasingly hostile calling us 'childish' at first then resorted to branding us 'obnoxious' - then before we left he called one of us 'obnoxious twat' and ordering us to leave the store becoming quite threatening. As we left a woman who had come into the shop whilst this was going on asked the manager what it was all about and he replied "just idiots from up the valley". He also accused of not understanding English for some strange reasonNOT GOOD QUALITY SUITE, NOT GOOD SERVICE OR DELIVERY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND AFTER SALES CUSTOMER CARE
