Asda has lovely back drop but really bad interior. Disorganised shop, often empty shelves or no stock and very low range of products, brands like nappies etc. Small diary free / vegan / free from section and non existent seeds or supplements section

Awful experience, the security guard was derogatory to me and my friends. His attitude was unpleasant. I am diabetic and my friend was in the store and I couldn?t wait so I entered the store looking for some dairy free chocolate. We were not causing any trouble in the slightest. My friend was just trying to get some food to eat. I was searching for my dairy free chocolate when the security guard snatched the food from my friends hand and kicked us out of the store. His attitude was horrendous we weren?t showing any sings of trouble and we had no intention to do so.

Horrible attitude from the staff. (Manager) Stood at self serve and at 9.50 after having problems with the till for last 15 minutes. Staff including manager was pushing me and them making fun of me for taking card not going through.
Alongside having no stock in the worst shopping experience I've had. Walked out of there feeling belittled and self conscious.
I understand it's near closing time but we came at 8.45 and there was definitely no need for the mistreatment. Will not be shopping here again

Beware: Asda Tonypandy & ParkingEye Scamming Customers with £140 Fines!
I want to warn everyone about the ridiculous parking scam at Asda Tonypandy.
Even though the signs clearly state that fuel and cash machines are available 24/7, if you try to use them when the main store is closed, you?ll be slapped with a £140 fine from ParkingEye!
This is nothing more than a trap to fine innocent customers who are just trying to fill up or take out money.
Asda and ParkingEye should be ashamed of this scam. I?d strongly advise avoiding this location unless you want to risk an unfair penalty!
Plenty of other places don?t treat their customers this way. Absolute disgrace!

Shelf?s are always empty, boxes and rubbish on the floor during every visit
The staff are really unhelpful and they seem annoyed if you ask for help making them very unapproachable.
I always say thank you & bye to every staff I see when leaving, but they never say anything back or even return a smile.
I don?t think I?ll be returning to this Asda store again .

Do not use the express delivery option in this Asda! The delivery drivers mark it off as delivered before they've even been to your house, twice my order hasn't been delivered and I cannot get a refund because they have marked it as delivered on their end. Asda don't believe a word you say. Nothing but a big giant SCAM!

£100 fine for driving into the empty car park while the store was closed, won't be going anywhere near this place again.
