Had an excellent meal at the Rose and Crown. Delicious food, good portion size and fab service. Gorgeous views, great atmosphere- everything was spot on and we left feeling full and happy.

Beautiful view, fresh beer, HUGE food portions (enough for me and my girlfriend to share) we had spicy chicken wrap with the best homemade cut chips that's were both crispy and soft on inside. £14.95 for 2 wraps with a huge portion of chips, definitely best place around! 22/10 will be back soon

The landlady was so lovely. The food was delicious and tons of it. It was my birthday and when dessert came out, there were candles on it. Such a lovely surprise.
It?s situated on the river, a beautiful location. Would recommend it unreservedly. You won?t be disappointed.

Stopped by on a long walk as a mid way point for a drink. Very friendly locals and staff. Good beer from a local brewery. Seating on the opposite side of the road has lovely views along the Wye valley.

Really good, friendly country pub that serves beautiful food at good prices.
It's not £17 a baguette, it's £17 for a 8 Oz steak with all the trimmings in a baguette.
It's dog and walker friendly
They serve a beautiful Sunday lunch.
Serves as a nice hub to walk the Wye valley.
Highly recommend.

Realy nice honest home food. Nice real ales too. The staff are very attentif and have great humour. Muddy dogs and clean once welcomed in bar area. Worth booking in advance especially on busy WE.

Good for refreshing drinks. Food too pricey sadly with new menu charges - £17+ baguette. Had food at the other place as more reasonable. (If they shaved a fiver off the food could have had a table of six to stay for lunch FYI). Staff helpful and welcoming though.

Good place, last time we visited they even had cutlery which wasn't rotten!
