“Superb afternoon tea. The food was home made and amazing. Highlights for me were the savoury pastry items, scotch egg, fluffy scones, Victoria sandwich cake and chocolate brownie. Thankfully, they gave us decent bags to take some home, as it was a very generous amount. Nicely served on china by polite and efficient staff. Only downside was that our table was right by the window with everyone queuing to be seated, inches away the other side of the glass. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I guess we were just unlucky to have that table, others would have been fine. Excellent value for money. Dog friendly.”
