Ordered roller blinds for three rooms. Wasn?t sure exactly what finish we had in mind but Paula spent a lot of time guiding us through the samples to provide as many options as possible. Also purchased beautiful floor lamp. Straightforward order service with fitting if required and delivered to house. All staff always so helpful at TP Hughes (I understand it?s been a family run business for generations) and quality of their furniture, fittings and accessories are excellent. Check out the handmade lamp shades - you can choose just about any fabric, choice of lamp frame shapes and it?s made in store so you have a unique lampshade at a great price.

Top quality furniture and lovely items.
I can?t fault their recent service with us ( blue velvet chair ) Dave was a really genuine person to deal with - and although I live 2 hours away I will definitely be buying any furniture I want from this wonderful shop as I cannot fault them .
Thank you for still being what a good shop used to be and putting the customer first.

This is a wonderful shop which sells lovely bespoke items. One of which I had seen at a friends house. I made a special journey (an hour and a half) to Tenby to go to the shop to buy the item but unfortunately it had sold out. Although initially I was told the item would not be re-ordered in the desired design the shop went over and above and have since made a special order for myself. I was really thankful to them as I really love the design and was pleased I was able to support this small business. I can see why they have been in business for many years!

This shop sells BEAUTIFUL bespoke lampshades made to order! I only popped in to browse whilst on holiday, saw a lovely lady called Paula making a lampshade, got chatting and ended up ordering 2 lampshades, choosing the fabric from a wide choice. I mentioned I was leaving the area the next day and Paula kindly promised to have the lampshades ready by the end of the next day. They have been made with excellent high quality fabric. They can also cover bed head boards in fabric. Thrilled with my 2 lamp shades. Paula says she could have sold them several times over as they were sitting there on the side waiting to be collected and customers complimented/asked about them :)

Visited the shop on a weekend away and we saw an item that my partner wanted. When we got home I emailed the shop, they not only replied straight away but they also took the item to the post office to check postal costs. I had it posted next day delivery with no issues.Service and communication was excellent and I would recommend using this store and talking to their team for anything you need. Special mention to Anna who helped me so much with this.

Ordered the Westbridge lilly extra large sofa with the poppy foot stool. I'm in love with both. British made excellent quality excellent service & excellent communication with Dave and Les in the shop always replyed when needed.
