I have just visited this Post Office. What brilliant service from the woman on the counter. There was a long line waiting but she welcomed each customer with wonderful pleasantry. Each person was dealt with without haste and gi en the time they needed to complete their business. Absolutely fantastic.

Tenby Stores and Post Office is just fab. I'm not able to visit the store often, but Fi is amazing. I just text her my requirements, even if it's random, and Fi gathers it all for me, and I transfer the money. So helpful and community spirited. A gem of a store, and lush people. Thank you. ??????????

After many terrible experiences here, today tops the lot. After working a long day in a local business I decided to stop in to grab something to drink. I couldn't find my mask in my bag so began searching for my lanyard as I am exempt but when possible try to wear a mask. I suffer with severe panic disorder which is sometimes made worse by wearing a mask. I entered the shop searching my bag and was harassed almost immediately by a member of staff. She began to have a go at me and tell me I had to wear a mask or buy one at the shop (£1 for one disposable mask). Every time I tried to explain my situation she cut me off and demanded I buy a mask and kept questioning as to why I was exempt (which I do not have to disclose to any member of staff). As a sales assistant who works in Tenby, I understand how frustrating it can be when someone walks in without a mask, but I would never harass a person, who is clearly distressed, to wear a mask. I simply offer my help and reassurance, which is clearly something this staff member was incapable of. After finally finding my mask and paying for my drink, I used my card and the staff member who was taking my payment was incredibly rude which also made me feel even worse about the entire situation.This type of treatment is completely unacceptable in any form, and now I will never be returning as this experience was horrific.

As a local I am fed up with people badmouthing our local businesses such as Eve Davies. Tenby Post Office has been amazing and there for all of us during the pandemic. If you are exempt like I am I wear my lanyard on display when I go in and no problems at all. The staff are all lovely and very caring. You will find no better shop and Post Office.

Terrible. Refused to change a £5 note for pound coins.(They are 100 yards from the multi-storey car park which only takes coins)When this was explained, staff said ?not our problem? (They should put that on the tourism poster) then went on to cite Money Laundering regulations ?????Awful customer service, very unhelpful and a total lack of knowledge of money laundering laws.

The staff are always so pleasant I go in every week and love having a look around to see what they have in there and some things are the same prices as the supermarkets in fact some things can be cheaper. Their alcohol is a good price too. You can get most things in there and I love that it?s local.

I have had the most amazing help ,support and guidance from Tenby Post Office over the last week , nothing was too much trouble, they took all the stress way helping source my information, saving me hours of research, setting me up with a great policy , thank you so much fiona and staff xx
