The park is in a lovely location for visiting Tenby and Saundersfoot . It has lots of places nearby such as the dinosaur park too. The pool is small but there is also a separate outdoor one . The only one thing that they could improve is the entertainment when we visited on other occasions they had really good acts that came in of an evening . A lot now is in-house and it?s not the best . It wouldn?t stop us coming back we?d just stay out in Tenby longer of a night . There are loads of taxi companies about. The beach is gorgeous - well worth a visit.

We have stayed 4 days at Penally court the sister of Kiln Park. The Penally site is very quite with just outdoor swimming pool and a playground which didn't bother us as we knew what to expect. The Kiln park is 2 min away in a car or about 15-20 min walk where you can find all of the activities. The caravan was nice and clean with two toilets . The few things which we didn't like was just some things missing in a caravan . There were no bins at all in caravan no mop to clean the bathroom floor and no brush for sweeping a floor . Only one fry pan and no accessories with it so when frying you only have fork to turn your food.

We should have learnt our lesson many years ago but no we decided to return to a Haven site. Our 3 children love nothing more than a swimming pool, arcade and night time entertainment and because we like Tenby we decided to give Kiln park a go? Positives- Ourprivately rented caravan (guillemot 7) The ambience of the Marina bar but only visited a few times as so expensive. Negatives- The cost of food and drink, I have no idea how the families KP attract can afford a night out in the marina bar, a pint, half a pint, 3 small lemonades and a couple of bags of crisps will set you back £25 A Burger King for a family of £50 It?s disgraceful. The arcade and lower ground area is really dirty and not cleaned on a regular basis. Although the pool attendants mop over the floor , the amount of hair in the grill channels is vomit inducing, in fact swimming just made me feel dirty. I also noticed that during an afternoon, tables in the restaurant were not be cleaned and left over food just left on tables whilst staff were hanging around. Now we have visited Tenby several times and I can honestly say on this occasion I had never seen so much dog poo in one town, it really is horrid and has made me fall a little out of love with the place. To sum up, I won?t be returning to a dirty over priced Haven site again.

Slightly disappointed this year with our trip to kiln park although Tenby itself is lovely. Some of the staff are rude. The arcade stank and was dirty. Millie?s cookies now only does cookies or milkshake even though there menu says otherwise, the girl told us the menu hasn?t been updated even though it was just stuck on the wall with cello tape. Worse thing was my partner and daughter finding used syringes in the play area one morning. Needs some tlc.

We camped with family and the site wasn?t nice. Long grass needed a cut and a path could go down as it?s very wet in mornings. It?s just a portion of a field and sone flowers could be planted around the trees for colour. No benches to sit on for food if you forgot your chairs. Toilets were terrible , paper all over the floor, it appears that it?s teenagers who seem to run the place , rarely an adult to be seen except security going into the machines. Swimming pool lovely & entertainment very good

Kiln Park is a lovely place. My teenage grandchildren were very disappointed with the poor internet connection. Particularly at Penally Court. I was very disappointed with the food quality at the restaurants. The main restaurant in particular. The food was constantly over or under cooked. The price of food is extremely expensive for the quality or the chefs at Kiln Park need changing. I can?t praise the staff around the park highly enough. They are amazing and always ready to help. Haven need to appreciate their efforts and pay them a decent salary. We will consider staying again but won?t be using the food outlets.

We only used Kiln park as a base for getting out and about in and around Tenby. The caravan ( silver standard) we were allocated in the Guillemot area was in the perfect location for us as it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach - ideal with a young family! The caravan was clean, tidy and met our expectations for a family holiday. Having visited the previous year and stayed in the same standard of caravan in the Kittiwake area this year's caravan was far superior, especially on a cleanliness level - disappointing to see that cleanliness standards vary quite significantly across the parks caravans. The grounds are kept in tip top condition but the facilities are looking a little tired. The play park which we used with our 3 year old certainly needs updating. Even a coat of paint may brighten things up. We didn't use any of the on site food services as one of our party is coeliac so couldn't be sure of any cross contamination risks and it didn't look like they catered for Gluten Free anyway. We never experienced the entertainment offerings, arcade area or swimming pools so cannot comment on these areas. I doubt we would have been able to swim anyway as you have to book a swimming slot in advance and these always prove popular - this process we assumed was introduced during Covid restriction times and in our opinion is no longer fit for purpose. The onsite shop provided a good selection of essentials should you have forgotten anything but was more expensive than your average supermarket. Saying this though we didn't have an issue with paying slightly more as convenience outweighed cost. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Kiln Park again this year. Would we stay again ? It's a mixed bag of yes and no. Yes, for the location and beach access No, if you are looking for value for money. Thankyou Kiln park for a better stay than the previous year.

Ok if your staying here rent a private caravan it cost less and you save more.if your getting a rented caravan direct from haven then your going to pay more drinks in the club are a rip off you won't be able to get a seat unless you arrive before 6 .The swimming pool is small and over crowded and you will need to book way in advance . Restaurant is expensive food is crap basically frozen ready. The paid activities are expensive.my advice walk into Tenby and eat well and save moneyplus there are loads of pubs that welcome kids in aswell.just use the place as your base .there are plenty of activities outside of klin park that you and your family can enjoy joy . with out being Ripped off ?

We stayed on a touring pitch in the poppy field. The toilet/shower facilities left a lot to be desired. It was a constant lottery to find a cubicle with toilet paper, hand soap was even more of a rarity, which was later substituted for a couple of bottles of hand sanitizer. THEY WERE DISGUSTING! The Dishwashing facilities were average, with someone's remains of a chilli con carne left in one of the sinks for a good 2 days, along with a disowned stack of four dinner plates that were present the entire week. The sight of an environmental health management van halfway through the week spoke volumes. There seemed to be a lack of water points within the touring area. The complex was tidy and the arcade staff were very friendly. Evening entertainment was average, kids got bored very quickly if we were lucky enough to even find a table. We decided to eat in the harbour lights restaurant on the last night, looking forward to a relaxing meal to end the holiday. The restaurant staff seemed to have bets on to see who could turn tables the quickest. It felt very rushed and the second we were no longer making them money, the bill was at our table. Access to Tenby was very good, however the park itself felt a bit grubby and dated, which considering this was at the start of the summer holidays, it was very disappointing.
