A great hotel in a great location. We originally chose this hotel because it was the only one in the region with air conditioning. As someone who sleeps hot, this was important to me. This feature is only available in the premium rooms. Our room was spacious and comfortable - with the second floor dedicated to the premium rooms. Check in was easy an; staff were welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking everywhere needed. We parked at the multistory parkade, which was about 3-5 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation.

Had a lovely experience here a few weeks a go. I've only rated the room 4, because you cannot open the windows. Off the back of this however, Ewan who was on reception that day was brilliant. He sorted out the air con in our room (menopausal and premenopausal women) and also arranged a fan in the room for us. We also had an issue with the shower, unfortunately we were only staying for the one night otherwise I have no doubt this would have been fixed during our stay as maintenance were on to it straight away the next day. The room had everything we needed, was very comfortable, slept amazingly well and was right in the heart of Tenby to go out in the evening. Definitely recommend to others, and thank you Ewan ?

Brilliant Hotel and location is great aswel. Close to everything you need. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are the best made us feel like we're was at home. Big shout out to Lucy,Jade,kath,ewan and phoenix you have been absaloutly phenomenal your customer service is second to none. Kitchen staff are also very friendly and produce some decent food. Absaloute pleasure to meet all of you will definitely be back at this hotel and 100% reccomend this for you stay if your down in the tenby area.

Had breakfast here this morning. Morgan took my order she was very polite and well mannered and the chef rob cooked my bacon the way I requested, breakfast was delicious, very clean restaurant and Cath was welcoming and full of smiles on front of house. 5* would recommend ?

Had a great 2 night stay in Tenby 14th &15th May 2025.
Stayed on floor1 room was very clean when I arrived.
The breakfast was very good well cooked and variety was excellent.going back again next year

I stayed in Room 201. I was next to a door near the stairs and this kept banging all night.
The windows dont open so you a relying on the air conditioning for fresh air, not great to be honest.
Alot of dust around the vents and the carpet look and feel dirty.
Breakfast is a self serve breakfast and at my time of stay it was really quiet which was good.
I was going to stay here for 3 nights but went to another hotel as the above things i can cope with but when you are away from your family and the phone signal is that bad its difficult to speak to them never mind trying to video call.
I was even struggling to do any work on my laptop or even access google on my phone.
This is why i gave it 1 star!
There is also limited parking, we had to park a far distance away and it was £15 for 24hrs. It would end up being quite expensive if you was staying for a longer duration.
Positive would be the location and the shower, the pressure of the shower is great but saying that i would not stay here again.

All the Staff were brilliant, very accommodating as 2 of our party had mobility scooters, they couldn't do enough to help. Very friendly, and always on hand to help out!
