Our 2-night stay was so chilled and relaxing. A very modern and smart hotel - the atmosphere is very calming and quiet, perfect if you need to recharge your batteries after a busy day. The staff were so friendly and always happy to help.
Additionally the room was very nice, well presented and clean. The bed was so comfy and the air conditioning was a life saver as it had been humid during our stay during the summer holidays.
The spa facilities are rather small and the pool area could do with a little refurbish/modernising, however general atmosphere was tranquil. My treatment was amazing and the masseuse was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the sort of treatment that I needed.
The only areas that could be improved upon were the very creaky floorboards and dated bathroom facilities within the room. We were conscious of disturbing other guests whilst walking around and the bathroom could use a little TLC.
Minor issues from an otherwise lovely few nights away at Heywood :)

Had a lovley stay here 2 weeks ago with my 17 year old daughter. Staff could not do enough for you. Had a taxi into Tenby town for £4 each way as bit far for us to walk. Can't wait to return!

Downstairs room opened into garden with a small table and chairs just outside the room to enjoy the sunshine.
Restaurant is beautiful with a lovely tranquil feel and food was very good. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Didn't get time to visit the pool and spa as we decided to go into Tenby which is a short drive away or approximately 20-30 min walk. Made the most of the weather and had a good paddle in the sea on castle beach.

Enjoyable stay. Very clean and restaurant/ bar space is very well presented. Rooms were functional albeit a little basic.
We were in 403 and 404. Bathroom was a little dated and mis-matched in design.
Air con was definitely appreciated as it was an attic room.
Breakfast was nice, hot options were limited to only a few choices. Standard full english offered along with a couple of other bits. Nothing to write home about.
Plenty of parking and free use of the spa was really nice!
Good hotel, would probably stay again.

We come to Tenby every year and this year was the first time we stayed at Heywood Spa Hotel, and it will not be the last. From the moment we checked in, we got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and the staff go above and beyond. Our stay was amazing, the room was great, the leisure facilities were brilliant and the food was top notch. We couldn?t be more thankful. I especially recommend the Pina Coladas (the best I?ve tried) and getting a facial treatment. See you next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Heywood Spa Hotel. Our room was everything we expected with complementary toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits. We even found a complementary bottle of bubbly waiting for us.! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, nothing appeared to be too much. My daughter had a lovely massage; the masseuse came earlier than normal on Saturday morning in order to accommodate a massage for her. The evening meal was excellent with friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was perfect too with a choice of continental or a cooked breakfast.
Everything was beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Tenby, a short walk away is a total delight.
Thank you to all the staff at Heywood for making our stay very special..

We booked 3rooms for one night we had a ground floor room which I didn?t think was worth the over 200 per night room was very musty smell even the air fresheners couldn?t mask the smell the shower was leaking room was clean but I think it was a bit dated for the price some of the staff were polite a smile wouldn?t go amiss have stayed at more modern hotels for less price food was good and the gentleman doing breakfast was great well organised and efficient

I have to say the food at this hotel is the best I?ve had in a very long time. In fact I can?t actually remember having a better meal. Whoever the chef is, they are superb. We were only able to stay for two nights on a trip from Australia and I could easily have stayed longer to try more of the menu. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a lovely atmosphere. The spa facilities were excellent especially the hot tub and sauna. The only minor thing I would like would have been a small bar fridge in our room.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again and can?t recommend this hotel enough.
When the receptionist tells you the restaurant is excellent when you check in, believe her.

Booked a night for my husbands birthday. Can honestly say the staff, hotel and service has been 5*. The room was immaculate, the staff have been beyond incredible and the food amazing. Have already rebooked!

I have just returned from this hotel and not as good as 3 yrs ago. Bed was hard, pillows were poor with no give. Rim on inside of toilet was dirty and along top of Bath panel needed attention. Food was OK but too much Asian influence. Discretionary surcharge for meals which we had lifted as we thought there was no need for that when we have paid well for our stay. Apart from those things, we had a lovely holiday

What a lovely hotel! Fabulous breakfasts, and a beautifully maintained building. Fabulously friendly and flexible staff. Service at mealtimes was attentive, and aware. Brilliant staff. We enjoyed the pool and sauna area, and had a gorgeous massage with salt scrub. A very short drive into Tenby.

Had the BEST hen do day out here,
We did the 2h spa session and then afternoon tea. So pleased with the service and the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the inside and outdoor hot tubs, egg chairs and sun loungers.
