Rang the Tenby office to book viewings of 3 properties I was told some one would ring back to arrange this, had no call back rang again 2 days later was told again someone would ring back again no one rang back. We had wanted to arrange viewings for when we were staying in Tenby and had booked place to stay and other viewings with another estate agent. All this was cancelled as we had no response from FBM. Rang again to be told someone would contact me as of now I am still waiting. We are very interested in one property in particular which we may loose out on purchasing as we have had no response.

Booked and paid for accommodation on Monday 13 July 2020 for August 2020, FBM rang me on Wednesday 15 July to say owner took a separate booking 10 seconds before me, so I have not got a holiday booked. Said they were sorry & refunded my money, not offered an alternative or anything else. Very very disappointed with their service. I now have to try and find another holiday.

we have just returned from a wonderful week in one of your beautiful apartments ... Glendower House . We cant thank you enough for all your help and support during this very difficult time. You happily changed our booking and found us a superb apartment. Highly recommend FBM and we will definitely be back next year ????

A very professional and efficient company, providing excellent, proactive customer care in very challenging times. Not all companies have risen to the challenges 2020 has provided, but FBM certainly have. Highly recommend booking with them in the knowledge that you will be looked after.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! After travelling for 6-7 hours to be told that they have changed the key collection time with no notice!! Rang several times before arrival, left several messages ...still no response. Broken kettle! Unclean! No HAND SANITIZER! No hand wash! The list goes on....kitchen fire barrier blocked off!!!!

FBM have not provided me with an opportunity to directlyrate the property we rented from them recently or their service.The property was not clean when we arrived. FBM arranged for it to be cleaned again.We saved all year for this holiday and have stayed in other "budget" holiday lets that were not tired, shabby and grimy. Whatever price you pay you should be able to expect a clean adequately maintained property. My overall review of FBM is therefore "disappointing" and I will return to beautiful Tenby but not use FBM again

Fantastic time in Tenby Croft court 54, not our chosen property as we booked a different property however three days before we were due to arrive the property we were booked into had a major leak rendering it unusable, however I was contended by a lovely lady called Debbie who couldnâ??t do enough for us and found us this fantastic property with amazing sea views and the most comfortable bed which also had amazing views as you woke in the morning. So a big thank you a great company who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday despite a problem not if there marking !!!
