“As a ‘runner’ for our builder today and totally out of my comfort zone ( much prefer John Lewis shopping spree !),these guys did their best to try and work out what I had been sent to get! Friendly, helpful and going the extra mile.
They only got better… on attempting to leave I filled the boot with materials and in my hurry to get back ( this was my 4th run out of the day for different things and traffic was bad!) I accidentally dropped keys into boot as I was loading , after which the car self locked with keys inside!??.
It would have meant a 4.5 hr round trip for my hubby to get the spare without the help of everyone on site!!
So very grateful for their help, humour and determination to help me out.
