Second visit to the cafe and once again left disappointed. Ordered via the non-personal screens and sat down. Several minutes later our tea and coffees were delivered along with a shortbread. This is before we had our paninis which arrived sometime later along with the tea cake we ordered. By the time we had ate our food - including the now cold tea cake our tea and coffee was cold and barely able to drink it.Oh. And because there are so few staff we had to clear the table ourselves and brush the muck / food off the chairs before we could sit down in the cold as it?s above the cold food area in the food hall.Greggs next time.

Wanted to use the cafe, but witnessed an elderly person be turned away as they wanted to use cash, and they would not allow them to use the cafe!! How discusting discriminative! Morally bankrupt! Refusing people who are trying to pay by cash and discriminating against those who have no choice, people on low income, and elderly then humililiating them and making them feel like second-class citizens!! Total disrespectful, unethical, and discrimination, but no surprise from such a greedy large company that manipulates and always tries to squeeze every penny out of users and rip its customers off Will not use and would encourage others to do likewise.

Quick visit

Recently, the store has gone on a downward spiral. Ever since 2020, Tesco?s has been finding every way to do less and less work. They are not 24/7 like they used to be and their hours are a joke. When a fast food joint is open 24/7, why can?t a supermarket that sells essential goods? Furthermore, they have been closing early at random times of the week with no sign to indicate this. Meaning you would drive all the way down just to be turned around at the door. They used to be open from 10 AM until midnight but now they close at 10 PM. The biggest insult is that they close at 4 PM on a Sunday. No, they cannot hide behind the excuse of their recent renovations because they could do it in the huge time they?re closed on Sundays.Their cafe is now a soulless husk of what it used to be. You cannot even customise your order on the mandatory kiosks so if you want something simple like bacon and chips then tough luck! It?s not on their menu so you gotta buy a full English breakfast instead! Absolutely disgraceful. To think I?ve been coming here since I was a little boy and now it?s a complete shell of what it once was. If your going in the morning fine, but late evening, night or one of the many local workers in the retail park coming off a long shift then your better off finding somewhere else. Hopefully the Sainsbury?s will be open soon and that will be a better alternative.

Everything was not where it was. Sign said cheese went down no cheese in sight. Asked where the custard was got sent to the clothing department. Very confusing and a lot of the staff was just talking Not very good

Changes to the ordering method buying food and drink - now this is all 'screen touch' and swipe card to pay - to me it appears straight forward but.....many old people(possible disabled) might be put off touching different screens to make an order(even for one item). Many customers like to see a menu(s) in front of them to make a decision to buy food/drink. Then the topic of CASH PAYMENT - great decision to remove this option in the board meeting at HQ? How about if the card will not register(the card the problem or the MACHINE) - you keep cash in emergency conditions for ;backup' use. Yes, STUFFED(refusal to accept cash) !

I had to use the disabled/baby changing toilet upstairs by the Cafe as the others were occupied. It was the most disgusting thing in the world!!!!The bins must have been full due to the amount of soiled bags left on top of them including catheter bags of urine. And they say they are checked hourly?????

Went into this store today while trying on a coat these 2 ladies commented on how nice it looked . These 2 ladies we so friendly and helpful that they made my day . I know they?re there to sell products but you could hear their sincerity while talking to me. Their names were Michelle (give them hell) and Little Ceri . So make sure they get this credit ??. I did also buy the coat too ?

The store is having a refurb at the moment so some isles are closed or very narrow and things have been moved to other parts of the store?which is understandable. You can find a cafe, money exchange, mobile phone shop, photo shop and now a Greggs in store. The electrical department has now gone and I believe is only available online.Plenty of parking available and they have recently extended their disabled and parent parking spaces. They do have a petrol station here but it?s not the cheapest due to no other supermarket in the area to make the prices competitive. If you are looking for a cheaper food shop, you can find an Aldi 2 minutes drive from here on the other retail park.
