“The store manager, Dan, and Regional Manager, Emily, showed great generosity in alllowing Royal British Legion fundraise this week. Very much appreciate all the generosity. Great leaders and some great staff - special thanks to Donna and Kai who were lots of fun!”

“I've been to the cafe here a few times with my baby. The staff and the service they give is just simply amazing! I arrived today and it was full but I was happy to wait for a table and they walked me to over to the table making room for my pram and to save me juggling the tray they brought my food and drinks over for me. They also provide tommee tippee bottle warmers to your table which again I think is amazing. Everyone there is always so friendly and it makes going out with your kids stress free and so easy! Will always be my go to when out and about in llantrisant.”

“This Asda Living shop sells a wide variety of clothing and home items. The shop is quite popular and can get quite busy at times. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The shop sells women's, men's and children's clothing and toiletries on the ground floor with lifts and stairs providing access to the upper floor. The upper floor is home to small kitchen electricals (kettles and toasters etc), CDs and DVDs, books, gift cards, toys, bedding, and a variety of other household items. They also have a seasonal section here which currently sells a variety of Christmas decorations. The upper floor is also home to a small cafe area which sells reasonably priced hot and cold drinks and a small variety of hot and cold food items too.As with many shops, the men's clothing section is quite small but they stock a wider range on their website and offer free click and collect to the shop. The shop shares a large car park with the other shops in the retail park. There are usually plenty of spaces here but you might have to park a bit further away at busy times. There are also a small number of disabled parking spaces near the shop (closest are probably outside Pets at Home or Aldi).”

“Second visit to the cafe and once again left disappointed. Ordered via the non-personal screens and sat down. Several minutes later our tea and coffees were delivered along with a shortbread. This is before we had our paninis which arrived sometime later along with the tea cake we ordered. By the time we had ate our food - including the now cold tea cake our tea and coffee was cold and barely able to drink it.Oh. And because there are so few staff we had to clear the table ourselves and brush the muck / food off the chairs before we could sit down in the cold as it’s above the cold food area in the food hall.Greggs next time.”
