Attended a hen party here on Saturday night what a shambles staff were rude food was not the best a lot was burned no steak knives with steak order all food was just put on one table we had gluten free meals that were not put separate from others also a peanut allergy that should have come out separate from all the rest we were a group of 30 and most had complaints to being short changed at bar to the state on the toilets asked on numerous occasions for toilet roll and hand towels to be replaced but still hadn?t been done when we left at end of night we will not be going back

My wife and I had a brilliant evening at la luna yesterday. We ate from the £35.00 set menu. The food was terrific. Even with a supplement for king prawns it was all rather good value for money. The food was delicious. The service was great didn't, I didn't catch his name but nothing was to much trouble for the front of house and his staff. The bailies tiramisu and baked cheesecake were notable recommendations from the dessert menu as we're the Pina colada and honeysuckle sour from the drinks menu.

What an amazing place.
We were lucky to be able to get in to this place at short notice and are so happy they squeezed us in.
The food is stunning and well worth the AA Rosette-award winning restaurant.
I have a fish dish that was amazing and the guys had the steak to share.
As the photos show, the food is amazing and so so delicious.
We will definitely be back.

Recently visited la luna for a meal and I was throughly impressed. We started with cocktails upstairs which were delicious and the service upstairs by Leon was impeccable. The food was equally impressive! Would definitely recommend.

we came here for my brothers 50th birthday meal, the staff were amazing the food was delicious. the whole evening run really well. will definitely be retuning

Fantastic cocktails and small plates, we went for a late lunch/mid-afternoon drinks and it was relaxed and the staff were superb - nothing too much trouble, friendly and attentive. Food was good had a good mixture of things for all tastes. Cocktails were well presented and more importantly tasted amazing - highly recommend.

Absolutely Disgusting ? Avoid at All Costs
I don?t even know where to begin with La Luna, but here?s the bottom line: this place should not be in business.
First, the service is downright hostile. The waiters are unbelievably rude?eye-rolling, snarky comments, and zero interest in helping customers. But the worst part? There are serious hygiene concerns. I witnessed behavior in the kitchen that suggested staff were spitting in food. I wish I was exaggerating.
The food itself was inedible. What we were served was clearly rotten?sour smells, strange textures, and just nasty. I brought it up politely and was met with open hostility from the owner, who was shockingly arrogant and dismissive. No apology, no refund?just attitude.
La Luna isn?t just a bad restaurant?it?s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor: skip the nightmare and eat literally anywhere else.

Went for dates and steaks on Tuesday.
Food we had duck bao bun, crispy beef and fishcakes. Food was delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the peppercorn sauce was the best I?ve ever tasted. Cheesecake and homemade ice cream for desert all were a perfect finish to an amazing meal.
Service was amazing Leon was great!
Will definitely be returning!

Me and my partner had food here last Sunday and the service was fabulous and food was fantastic.
So I took my daughter for a meal to show her how wonderful it was. This was this Saturday around 4.20pm.
Was a completly different experience.
Services was not good. The front of house guy was rude and miserable.
For starters , I had calamari. The batter was soggy and wet.
For mains me and my daughter had steak.
When the steak came. I had to go up and ask for salt and pepper. They gave us no steak knife which was a nightmare to eat with a normal knife.
The steak was not good.
My pepper corn sause tasted of tomato sause. And was poured all over my steak. Chips were awful..
Was very disappointed . What happened that day I don't know. Different staff and probably a different chef.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this visit was unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I?ve had.
We were originally seated in the smokers? area right next to the toilet, which was far from ideal for a meal out. When we asked to be moved, the staff were dismissive and quite rude throughout our visit.
The food itself was equally disappointing. My steak arrived undercooked, and after asking for it to be cooked more, it came back extremely tough and barely edible. To top it off, the rest of the meal was cold?not what you?d expect for the price we paid.
Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food quality did not reflect the premium pricing. Definitely would not recommend or return.

Food tasted nice but was served cold. Service was non existent. I asked for salt 3 times to 3 different waiters for my food and by the time I got it my food was stone cold!! I couldn't even slit my own throat with the steak knife they provided. I had to ask for the bill multiple times. We got seated upstairs and it was like we got forgotten about!!! What a joke!!! Was the first and last time I would go there.

Visited yesterday for lunch and it was lovely. No cocktails which was a shame but it midday on a tuesday. Food came quickly and good quality. Our server I believe was Kate who was really lovely and had a birthday card which was sweet. Will definitely come again
