I have been ordering from this take away for many years and always been happy with the food. Recently I ordered a meal to be delivered, which took over an hour. When it arrived some of it was missing. I rang them straight away, before the driver had got to the end of the estate, I was told I would have to wait 2 hrs for this to be delivered. I never received it. Sorry no more custom from me

Placed an order and took 2 hours to arrive after 3 calls telling us they are 10 minutes away! Had to cook our own food and turn them away on arrival in the end! Normally very happy but this is the first time we ordered delivery and massively let down

I have been ordering from jade garden for many years. Sad to say it has gone down hill. The food just tastes watery with hardly any flavour. I ordered the satay chicken main but there?s hardly any satay flavour and the chicken in pineapple was added with some random clear tasteless liquid not sure what it was. The dishes just seem wrong. Delivery came on time and food was warm which was nice but won?t be ordering from here again :(

Food was prepared on time, prices are decent. (I think it is better described as £10-£20 per person rather than £20-£30 but just check the online menu :) .) Chow mein and rice were fine. Really disappointed with quality of dishes. Tofu and prawns were overcooked (re-cooked?) to the extent that they went in the bin. Ribs were edible but a bit overdone too. Only ordered once so don't know if this is normal. (It was 8pm on a Saturday.)

Special fried rice was tasteless, the chicken in it seemed hard and warmed back up. Chips seemed preheated . Guess that's what you get going there before 6pm warmed up food from previous night. Well thats what it tasted like.Chicken balls were nice and fresh tho. Use to be the best Chinese around. Last twice I've been there this year very poor...Won't be returning...
