We have started looking for a sofa for when our lounge is ready so came to have a look around today. It was a great experience, nobody pestering us and we had chance to really think of what kind we wanted. We will be back when we are ready to buy!

Brought 2 sofas from here . Staff were fantastic.Brought an additional sofa recently and received the same serviceThe two 3 seater sofas I had from dfs are still like new 10 years later. They have been through a lot.I would highly recommend.

I love going to dfs they are amazing, the sales they have are great. The staff are excellent they know exactly what you want. Thanks guy's for your help love my furniture I'm on my 3rd now in 8 yrs.. Thanks David for your help..

Never been to buy a sofa from a place like this. But I'd absolutely go back when the sofa I bought needs replacing. The main reason is David. My partner and I walked around looking for what we were interested in. A quick check in of did you need any help and left us carry on. From there David was pop back and forth providing any information or answers we needed without being atall pushy. When we were ready it was a all a fast and smooth process sorting the purchase start to finish. I can't recommend dealing with David enough. An asset to the company.

Ordering and paying for the sofa in store was fine the advisor was excellent. Speaking to the manager regarding over the delivery delays and lack of communication absolutely terrible. Would never use this store again even though it is my local one.

Purchased a new sofa and the gent that helped was really nice not pushy at all. Was told 5-6 weeks for delivery and the sofa was delivered in just over Weeks !! Great service!!
