The staff were so unprofessional and unhelpful, I was in utter shock when I left. The pharmacist refused to see my son, spoke to me from the back of the pharmacy and was joking with other members of staff while I was speaking to him.

I believe this pharmacy is running smoothly and efficiently after a spell, over a year or so ago, when it seemed there were staff shortages and delays etc. which customers, naturally, weren't happy about. I find the staff helpful and pleasant.

For months they have been giving vulnerable adults their prescriptions a week or more late including people on mood stabilizers, antipsychotics and heart medication.
This is causing a significant health risk and significant suffering to vulnerable adults and their families and friends too.

Used Well Sketty Park for my Husbands prescription today. I didn't get there until 5.30pm, but the Pharmacist (who was extremely pleasant) dispensed the medication immediately for me. He also answered my query without hesitation. I cannot fault the service I received here today.

Very rude and made me feel unwelcome .. They chatted and eventually spoke to me.. Then even though there was plenty of time wanted me to call back after the weekend,,, will not bother to trouble them further and find anywhere else !!!

Don't know what's going on lately here but I have texts to say my prescriptions are ready then when I go to collect...there is nothing there or only half the stuff...staff really haven't got a clue

A lovely bed and breakfast with very friendly hosts Comfortable room and an awesome breakfast We had the downstairs room which included sitting room which was seal on an evening Very close to local bus route Would highly recommend

Badly gone down hill. Hardly anything on shelves half the time. Clearly someone not ordering deliveries very much. Prescriptions take ages. That's if half your stuff is even in it (They continously owe you items) staff keep you waiting ages while they chat amongst themselves. They cut you off the phone when you try to ring. Attitude is generally bad. I've taken my repeats elsewhere after numerous months of this shambles. Awful

Excellent bed and breakfast room was amazing the snacks provided added the extra touch which we weren?t expecting really lovely couple made you feel at home breakfast was excellent I will definitely be returning soon also forgot to mention daisy and max the beautiful puppies very well behaved I had to have a cwtch I would rate this as a five star

I have stayed at this b&b for work purposes, I went outside for a cigarette at around 11 and got followed down by the owner who told me not to have any more women in the house. I hadn?t had any women in the house I was on the phone to my wife! I told the guy I don?t know what he?s on about all I?ve done was spoken to my wife and I?m married I did not have a women in the house! Then I was brushing my teeth in my boxers getting ready to get into bed and a woman walked into my room and told me I have a 12 o?clock curfew and she?s locking the door.
