Terrible service, always fobbing me off, medications always late or my son goes without, never answer phones and if you turn up in person she refused to speak with me or check my prescription she said I can?t drop off my prescription I asked if she could answer a question about it and she said no I?d have to come back later. Now my sons without medications a second month in a row and being ignored again, AVOID!! Won?t be coming back here

After constantly fobbing me off with excuses and lies, (saying they would email the surgery and sort it out,) I had to get my doctor to write an emergency replacement script. Turns out they hadn't even requested my repeat script which was due on 24th june , until 2nd July, collected it from surgery on 4th july and lost it. Finally got medication on 18th July. No apology and blamed their system yet again when I picked up meds. .

Avoid like a plague. Was good until April, staff change, now July still waiting for my May, June and July prescription. New staff don't really care about patients wellbeing

Not very helpful, trying to help my mother sort out her medication was very stressful. Had to phone them 4 times and still unresolved.

I visited Well Pharmacy in Townhill today. The staff (Lisa, Rhian and Dawn) were exceptional. Although it was busy they handled my query with professionalism and care. Well done all, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all

Well is a really good pharmacy and also open from 9.00am - 6.00pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY expect from public Holidays in the Uk Including WALES. Well is a big company which offer anything from prescriptions to toiletries ect... Freindly staff!

Sent son to ask chemist for advice on my bloodshot painful eye, she asked questions, he phoned me, for replies, she correctly diagnosed problem.Sold correct drops....obtained instant relief !Thank you pharmacist! X
