Always a friendly face, very lovely staff. Had a situation with a strange man making a woman very uncomfortable and touching her in the queue. The pharmacists reacted very well and were incredibly reassuring. Could not recommend enough.

Would highly advise to not use this pharmacy. I was prescribed a treatment that was detrimental to my recovery, as I later discovered.

Excellent service and very polite staff. Always very helpful. Sometimes have to wait 5 mins or but understandable as they are under pressure day in day out. Far better that Boots opposite !

Nadia the pharmacist, in the Well pharmacy in the Uplands is outstanding..she has helped both of us out and solved lots of problems for us aswell...We would not hesitate to recommend the Well pharmacy in the Uplands to others..

The worst service ever- don?t bother going there - go to boots!!I arrived at 3.50pm, I was 2nd in line it took me 10 minutes to be served as no one on the desk all of them out the back. When I was finally served I explained that I wanted some advice as my 2 year old son is unwell at home. I was told to take a seat the pharmacist will be with me in 10 minutes, 10 minutes past the same girl came back to me and asked what I was waiting for I said again advice about a sick child, she said nothing and disappeared out the back. I waited another 10 minutes by this time lots of people had been in and out. I called to the back of desk to ask how long it would be. The girl came back and said I?m really sorry the pharmacist is too busy. As you can imagine I was extremely annoyed as if this was the case I wish I would have been told 25 minutes earlier as I would not have wasted my time. It wouldn?t have taken long to provide some advice. I walked out and straight across the road to boots pharmacy and I was greeted by a friendly pharmacist immediately who gave me advice and sold me some relevant products to help my 2 year old son. I will never use well pharmacy again. The pharmacist in charge that refused to see me was Nadia, I didn?t catch the name of the lady that actually spoke to me. They have a big sign up saying help and advice by the desk it is a shame that the service isn?t being fullfilled.

Rude , rather chat to them selves than serve or speak with customers , found very ignorant and unhelpful. A real bad experience and offers no privacy

Awful customer service. The last two times using this pharmacy, I have had to leave to go over to Boots to have some form of human interaction or any chance of completing my prescription.Regularly left standing at the counter as if i?m the only one in the store. No indication of how long I am expected to stand and wait for a ?hello? or ?sorry we are very busy, we will be with you as soon as we can?. Even a head nod or wag of the finger would show they have acknowledged they have a customer.Non pharmacist staff, who are visible, make no effort to interact in any way, making things even more laughable.

Don't bother!A pharmacy that has NEVER prescribed anything as they are always busy or have a backlog! Five times over 3 years I've tried, always the same answer, I don't bother anymore....useless!

Very rude off hand manner ,with a women pharmacist, no one at counter ,for a good while,& number of us waiting. Never go there again!!!
