Very bad service. My poor grandmother is 84 and has a awful time, last month tablets missing. This month they said it hadn't been sent by doctors, hours on the phone, doctors said they had sent it. Rang pharmacy again?oh yeah we found it now. So disorganised and stress-full. Maybe a manager would be a good idea? My nan made 3 trips walking for her prescription in May, as things were missing etc. and they didn't even tell her when she collected it. Poor poor service.

Can't comment on the service because I didn't receive any,one woman was fiddling with the stock on the shop floor then went behind the counter and still ignored me. It was completely empty in there apart from me,no other customers and I was in there for the best part of ten minutes. Just appalling.

Always fast efficient and try there best to help
Only problem I find that is not staff related is they are under extreme pressure
And regularly never got my full prescription but that is Wells fault not staff.

Horrible experience. I was first told they don?t accept online prescriptions, but after proving that they can, the lady who was serving me finally proceeded to try and help, but with a grumpy look on her face. She then made me wait 20 minutes, serving several other customers that came in after me way before, and then proceeded to ask if I was even able to afford the prescription. Horrible disgusting customer service, work on it

Had the misfortune to try and speak to the pharmacist this morning, on being told she was busy and take a seat, I was then prepared to wait.An assistant then asked what I wanted her for when I said I had a knee infection she said we don't deal with things like that.When I tried to say how unhappy I was with her response, she then backtracked saying she was going to ask me questions she was not the pharmacist.A thoroughly depressing experienceA place I will never visit again
