Absolutely appalling staff. Spent a lot of money there. One ring was too big. Hadn’t wore it. Took it back only to be told it’s 16 days for refund or exchange regardless that I’d never worn it. It was a gift for my wedding I bought it 2 weeks before the wedding and took it back a week after. The manger was shocking... read full comment
