Woman with short hair told me to leave the cinema for screaming..I was watching a horror movie..my bad for being scaredOr was she talking about the person who was in the lift with me that screamed?? Cuz that wasn?t me lol.

This cinema was really poor on my last two visits. Went to see Killers of the Flower Moon and couldn't hear anything because the Taylor Swift film was booming through the walls from next door. About a two months ago I went to see Wonka and it was freezing, kept my coat and scarf on, cold legs. Lots of the seats were ripped and out of use too. Feels like Vue have abandoned it as a cinema, and not investing in repairing the problems. I'll go to Odeon instead for a while.

There are better places, machines un fixed no good maintenance, we used a game that wasn't working properly and didn't give us the money. They offered play again in a faulty machine

Needs a bit of a touch up. A lot of the seats inside were out of use. Neon lights outside faulty. The screens are great though with a steep incline, so great viewing platform.

I like this cinema, reasonably priced tickets nowadays. Food is typically very expensive. I think all cinemas are too loud in the screens and this one is no exception.

We always have a great time here with the family, but the customer service was quite poor today.They overcharged us on food/ drink, and when we went to see about it, the staff member just shrugged their shoulders and turned away. Thankfully, another staff member was there to refund us the difference. Foods here are expensive enough as it is.Please do check your receipts after payment.

Could have just strolled in the cinema? Couple of 12 year olds manning the place on their phones, walked straight past them. It was only when I got to screen 2 that the cleaner got irrate because apparently my son and I were 5mins early?
