I can travel to 182 countries around the world using my passport and birth certificate but apparently I cannot get any help from Vodafone
All I wanted was a replacement SIM but nope. They demanded a physical bank card because my banking app on my phone which needs face I'd to unlock isn't good enough for these wannabe MI5 agents
It's 2025 - nobody is carrying physical bank cards unless they're over 65
Useless customer service and a total waste of my time. Thankfully I'm within the cooling off period so am cancelling immediately

I went into the store yesterday with my aging mother, who as a result of increasing forgetfulness and confusion, had misplaced her phone. Ethan served us, and dealt with the necessary steps in a highly professional and attentive way. What could have been a stressful experience for my mother was made into a pleasant and thoughtful interaction. Thank you Ethan.

Went into to Vodafone in swansea to upgrade and pick up my new iPhone 15 I must say Madeline ( Maddie ) who served me was absolutely brilliant the whole experience and her knowledge was second to none she was really pleasent professional and made everything quick and easy she?s a true asset to Vodafone and anyone who goes to that store she is always happy to help. Excellent attitude.

Ethan was very helpful and provided great customer service! I was confused about my upgrades and everything was made crystal clear. If you are having any trouble, I?d recommend going to the store rather than using the Vodafone customer service line as the staff are very informative and helpful.

I was disgusted with the way one of the female (dyed blonde hair Swansea store) customer service assistants spoke to me. She was rude and had appalling customer service. I will be leaving vodafone owing to this experience.
